Terms & Conditions - Prize 3

1. This competition is open to all schools and parents, pupils and staff of schools participating in Money to Schools, excluding employees and the immediate family of ERS Europe Ltd, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. The competition will run from 26th May 2009 to 30th June 2009 inclusive.
3. Entry should be made by emailing info@moneytoschools.com stating your name, email address and (school) account number. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed.
4. The winners will be announced in the first week of July 2009.
5. The prize consists 3 pairs of tickets for the Kent County Show 2009 valid for one days entry only. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and no cash alternative can be provided.
6. The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence can be entered into.
7. ERS Europe Ltd reserves the rights to change or substitute this prize for a similar prize of a similar value.
8. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and by any other requirements as set out on the promotional material. All instructions form part of the rules. Winners may be required to participate in PR activity.
9. ERS Europe Ltd decision is final and it reserves the right to amend or withdraw any part of this promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10. Winner details (Name, School name and County) will be available on Money to Schools website www.moneytoschools.com.
